Professional Pattern room and Sewing room

The company was founded in 1982 and since then it has been focused on the production of light clothing, in particular women’s clothing. Our production process begins with the preparation of the prototype, then there are the construction and modeling of clothing, the sewing of prototypes, the grading of clothing, the printing of trafarets.

In addition to our own pattern room, we have a cutting room and sewing room on site. One of our greatest advatanges is holistic supervision of production process from the first sketch to the last button. By carrying out all the stages of production on-site, it allows us to obtain high-quality clothing. We mainly sew shirts, jackets, skirts, dresses, trousers, jackets or coats.

We were entrusted with the production by such brands as: Karl Lagerfeld, Zenggi, BYBORRE, Elements of freedom or Gracy Q.

As part of the pattern room, we offer the following services:

– construction of clothing – preparation of the prototype, based on the sent photo, project or base,

– sewing the prototype – finished, sewn pattern will be sent for evaluation and then we will carry out the agreed adjustments,

– grading of clothes – is made according to the size table provided by the customer, taking into account the agreed adjustments after the pattern has been sewn,

– the layout of the cut – providing us with basic parameters of the fabric, we can prepare the layouts for the cutting room,

– printing of trafarets

Prices are set individually depending on the degree of difficulty of the model and the number of ordered items.

As part of the sewing room, we offer the following services:

– cutting room – cutting the delivered material according to the templates,

– sewing room – an experienced and qualified team supervises the sewing of each piece,

We undertake sewing difficult and labor-intensive models that require high skills. We mainly specialize in sewing women’s clothing – blouses, dresses, skirts, trousers, jackets or coats.

Prices are set individually depending on the degree of difficulty of the model and the number of ordered items.
